Michael has an extraordinary flexibility of design idiom. While harboring a personal interest in contemporary architecture and modern architectural styles, he works comfortably with classical architecture and has a strong respect for the work of previous architects. Particularly, he will invoke the classical style of an existing structure whenever doing so will expand the strength and integrity of the original architectural design and the completed project.
Geographically his work is primarily in the Puget Sound region in and around Seattle. He is professionally licensed in Washington and Arizona, where he goes to escape the rain.
